ADILEC personal data treatment policy.
1. - The data that the users facilitate to ADILEC will be incorporated to a database which is propiety and responsibility of ADILEC ENGINYERIA, S.L., entity with home in the street Francesc macià 1, 08750 MOLINS DE REI (Barcelona, Spain), provided of CIF: B60697463, and inscribed in the Mercantile Registration of Barcelona, to the Volume 27700, page 149, page B120981, Inscription 2ª.
2. - When for the access to certain contents or for the use of some service it is necessary to facilitate personal data, the users will guarantee their truthfulness, accuracy, authenticity and validity. In this sense, it will be the users' obligation to maintain up-to-dated the data in a such way that correspond to the reality in each moment.
3. - When the users facilitate personal data to ADILEC, by means of the cumplimentación of forms of collection of data or their shipment through any other means, the users declare to accept fully and without reservations the incorporation of the facilitated data to the files of the mercantile ADILEC ENGINYERIA, S.L. and their automated treatment, in the terms specified in the present document, where they will be conserved in a confidential way.
4. - The collection of personal data and their automated treatment has as purpose to facilitate the administration, improvement and amplification of the different services, the elaboration of statistical, the administration or pursuit of incidences, as well as the shipment of technical, promotional or commercial information of activities or services offered by ADILEC ENGINYERIA, S.L. or for others. ADILEC ENGINYERIA, S.L. will conserve the data once concluded the whole relationship with the user to complete legal obligations.
5. - When The user facilitates personal data, he consents and accepts the remission of promotional or commercial information on the part of ADILEC, although the user in any moment will be able to revoke his consent by means of the sending of an e-mail to info@adilec.com.
6. - ADILEC in any case will sell or lease the users' personal data, and it will only facilitate them or it will communicate to other, for the execution of the previously suitable ends, with the user's previous consent, consent that will understand each other granted if the user anything apparent in this respect in the term of fifteen days counted starting from that in that it was requested him. The user will be able to refuse or to revoke his consent by means of the shipment from an e-mail to info@adilec.com.
7. - The users can do, in any moment, the access rights, rectification, cancellation and opposition of their personal data. The exercise of these rights will be been able to make by means of the sending of an e-mail to info@adilec.com, or using any other means that allows to recognize the user's identity that exercises anyone of the rights before mentioned.
8. - ADILEC commits to not collect unnecessary information of its users, to process with extreme diligence the personal information that they facilitate him, and to fulfill in any phase of the treatment the obligation of keeping secret regarding the data facilitated by the users. Also, ADILEC commits to adopt in all moment the legally required levels of security, to avoid the loss, wrong use, alteration, not authorized access or robbery of personal data, implementing to this end all the means and technical systems within its reach, had bill of the state of the technology, the nature of the stored data and the risks to that are exposed, already come from the human action or of the physical or natural means. Nevertheless, the users should be aware that the measures of security in Internet are not unassailable, and to assume the waterings that it bears.
9. - ADILEC has reserved the right of modifying in any moment its security of personal data treatment policy, always respecting the effective legislation about data protection, and previous communication to the interested ones, well by means of publication in this same page or in any other place of the website, well by means of e-mail to the interested ones, or for any other means of communication or diffusion that will considered opportune.
